Today has got us dreaming about the year we spent working on this delicious coffee table book, with Ross Lewis and all the team, for Chapter One Restaurant; capturing some of the top dishes across all seasons.

It was a lengthy and intricate process, working with a huge amount of large image files. Our Drobo storage system was an invaluable part of the production process, with its high volume storage capacity and ease of access.
